Business Contract
A loan for a business with a quick review of the application and a minimum package of documents
PURPOSE
Replenishment of working capital for execution of the contract and other purposes related to execution of the contract
MAXIMAL AMOUNT
Up to 50% of the contract amount, but not more than 5,000,000 tenge
LOAN ISSUANCE FEE
1% of the loan amount
TERM
up to 12 months
RATE
25% per annum
AERR
from 28.5% per annum
COLLATERAL
Money to be received to the borrower’s current accounts in the future. Guarantee of full joint and several liability of business owners — founders of LLP (if the borrower is an LLP). If there are several founders, guarantees with a participation share of more than 25% are accepted
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BORROWER
1. Legal entity and individual entrepreneur — resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Micro-business, SME.
3. The period of activity is not less than 12 months.
