Product Description and General Terms:
Total interest rate: NBRK base rate +4.5% margin
Guarantee amount within one Borrower’s project:
— 85% of the loan amount up to three hundred and sixty (360) mln tenge;
— 70 % of the loan amount up to six hundred (600) mln tenge;
— 50 % of the loan amount up to one (1) bln tenge.
Loan amount: up to 1 bln tenge including.
Guarantee term: no longer than the loan term.
Mandatory terms:
10% increase in taxes payable after 2 fiscal years from the date of the Damu Foundation decision»,
increase in payroll fund and/or job gain after 2 fiscal years from the date of the Damu Fund decision
