Eurasian Bank cancels the monthly fee for servicing loans from April, 15

From April 15 Eurasian Bank cancels the monthly fee for servicing loans due to paragraph 3 of article 34 of the Republic of Kazakhstan Law “Banks and Banking Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan”.

Thus, the amount of the maintenance fee will be deducted from the amounts of monthly payments, starting from April 15.

The bank cancels the commission from April 15, because it is by this date that it will be ready to implement the cancellation technologically.

Previously, such issues were solved individually in full compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Individuals, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, over 21 years old can participate in the action.

The draw of certificates is based on the principle of randomly determining the unique number of a participant’s loan agreement, registered in the Bank database during the action period, using software and is carried out in the presence of the Commission members. The program using random number generation selects the numbers of loan agreements, which are recorded on the screen, and determine the winners.

Eurasian Bank together with the Euromebel network announces the 12-24 Action.

 

Buy furniture, get a loan for 24 months, and if you return the cost of furniture within 12 months, the loan will turn into installments.

 

Nominal rate on the loan:

From 1 March 2019, Eurasian Bank changes the working hours of the Contact Center to advise customers on loans, deposits and current accounts over the weekend.

 

Now the Contact Center operators will advise customers on loans, deposits and current accounts from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Previously, operators worked from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekends.

 

Operators are still ready to provide support to cardholders around the clock.
