On the Amendments to the Adhesion Contract
Eurasian Bank informs about the amendments and additions to the Standard Terms for Account Opening, Payment Card Issuance and Maintenance for Business Clients (The Adhesion Contract).
The amendments are made in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 22 November 2024, and are related to:
– cancellation of the issuance by the Fund of the certificate of the Bank’s participation in the mandatory deposit insurance system;
– clarification of the depositor concept.
The amendments shall come into force 15 calendar days after the date of publication on the website.
