Eurasian Bank informs customers about the completion of the Smartbank mobile app from 1 February 2026. For further use of remote banking services, customers need to switch to the new Eurasian Bank mobile app.

We appreciate your trust, so we developed a new version taking into account modern requirements for convenience, security and speed of service. All key Smartbank services were migrated to the new app and improved.

What’s new in the Eurasian Bank app:

• updated, intuitive interface;
• faster operations and an improved search engine;
• advanced security tools;
• increased operational stability;
• modern push notifications about transactions and important events.

Temporarily unavailable services

Despite the expanded functionality of the new app, some services operate in a limited mode during the transition period:

• Personal currency exchange rates.

It’s still in development. Currency exchange transactions can be conducted through the FOREX platform available in the new app.

• International SWIFT transfers.

During the technical break, international transfers are processed at the Bank Outlets. The service is available to the Private Banking customers through the Personal Manager.
