Eurasian Bank Announces Changes to Board of Directors

Eurasian Bank (hereinafter – the Bank) informs about changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of the Bank.
On 26 December 2024, the powers of Munisa Patokhovna Shodieva, Member of the Board of Directors of the Bank, were early terminated on her initiative.
Thus, the composition of the Board of Directors of the Bank includes four persons:
Mashkevich Aleksandr Antonovich – Chairman of the Board of Directors;
Ibragimov Shukhrat Alidzhanovich – Member of the Board of Directors;
Repey Vitaliy Nikolayevich – Independent Director – Member of the Board of Directors;
Nurushev Arman Zhakypbekovich – Independent Director – Member of the Board of Directors.
