The main values of the new service are stability, functionality and ease of use.

Eurasian Bank launched a new Eurasian Bank mobile app, which replaced Smartbank. This is not an update, it is a completely new product built on a modern technology platform and developed based on the experience of using the previous version.

The new app expanded the Bank key services: customers get a complete overview of accounts, cards, deposits and loans, the possibility to make payments and transfers, open accounts and cards online, including premium and eco-friendly cards, as well as upload statements in PDF format.

Services that did not exist before appeared: detailed push notifications and the News section became an important element, which allows users to stay informed about the Bank operations and current offers. Special attention is paid to the bonus program. Customers can manage their favorite bonus category, track their accruals by category and date, which increases transparency and cost control. The Messages service also became even more convenient, as it accumulates notifications about products, promotions, account movements, and Bank news.

Among the innovative solutions is Forex Platform with the TOM/SPOT service for 11 currency pairs and the integration of more than 30 government services. Users can now pay taxes, get digital documents and certificates, reregister a car and withdraw it from the pledge directly in the app.

Smartbank will be shut down on 1 February 2026. The Bank offers a comfortable transition for customers to a new service within a few months.
