42 Eurasian Bank employees visited the industrial tour of the country’s enterprises

Industrial tourism is a gift made by Eurasian Bank to its employees in honor of its 30^th anniversary.

42 Bank’s best employees went on an exciting journey through the industrial giants of the ERG Group: Aktobe Ferroalloy Plant, Pavlodar Aluminum Plant and Kazakhstan Electrolysis Plant. This tour allowed the Bank employees not only to change their usual office environment to the workshops of the largest factories, but also to immerse themselves in the details of the production process, observing the coordinated work of metallurgists and powerful machines.

“Do you want bright emotions? Go to the plant!” — this is how the tour participants joked with each other, sharing their impressions after the tour.

Akniyet Lesbek, Leading SMM Communication Specialist, shared her emotions after visiting the Aktobe Ferroalloy Plant: “It was an incredible experience. We could see how metallurgists control powerful streams of incandescent metal, as if it were something familiar and simple. I was particularly struck by the design of the car dumper, a huge device that literally turns over wagons with raw materials. The scale of this process is simply amazing.”

These impressions were shared by Zarina Izbasarova, Head of the Corporate Business Division No. 3: “For us, office employees, who are immersed in routine work at computers every day, this tour was an amazing opportunity to see real production. We learned that ferroalloys play a key role in the production of steel, and observed how incandescent materials turn into finished products. The work of metallurgists requires not only physical strength, but also incredible concentration and skill. It was truly inspiring to see how people manage the most complex processes with precision and attention. This is a titanic work, and it deserves a lot of respect.”

Yekaterina Kuzmina, head of the Retail Business Division in Taraz, shared her emotions after visiting Pavlodar Aluminum Plant and Kazakhstan Electrolysis Plant: “Everything at these plants is amazing — from the scale of equipment to the level of automation of processes. We saw how a complex electrolysis process takes place, converting alumina into pure aluminum. I was particularly impressed with how well everything was fine-tuned – every element of the system works like clockwork. It’s a grand spectacle that leaves a sense of pride in our industry and people.”

At Eurasian Bank, motivational programs are an integral part of the corporate culture, inspiring employees to new achievements and creating a special atmosphere of engagement and unity. However, the industrial tour is a unique experience, which was organized by the Bank for the first time.

Eurasian Bank approached the 30^th anniversary with significant achievements: the launch of various promotions for customers and partners, the implementation of a series of business breakfasts throughout the country for SME customers, and, of course, high social responsibility. Significant projects include sponsorship of the Golf Federation and the Children’s Golf Academy, participation in the Bolashak Bright Project, joining the Priceless Planet Global Environmental Coalition and much more.
