Almaty, 23 October 2025 Eurasian Bank announces that it received approval from the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market (the ARDFM) regarding Mr. Ibragimov Shukhrat Alidzhanovich for the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank.

Mr. Ibragimov, Member of the Bank Board of Directors since 2017, was elected Chairman during a meeting held in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Bank normative documents. His responsibilities focus on defining the Bank strategy and improving the efficiency and transparency of corporate governance.

“It is a great honor for me to develop the ideas laid down by the Eurasian Bank founders. While maintaining the spirit of continuity, we intend to strengthen the Bank position in the market and increase the trust of our customers and value for shareholders,” said Mr. Ibragimov.

The ARDFM also approved Mr. Bekenov Zhanbota Temirgaliyevich and Mr. Musin Yerlan Ryskhanovich for the positions of Members of the Board of Directors of Eurasian Bank. As a result, the composition of the governing body of Eurasian Bank is as follows:

Ibragimov Shukhrat Alidzhanovich – Chairman of the Board of Directors;

Bekenov Zhanbota Temirgaliyevich – Member of the Board of Directors;

Nurushev Arman Zhakypbekovich – Member of the Board of Directors, Independent Director;

Musin Yerlan Ryskhanovich – Member of the Board of Directors, Independent Director.

Shukhrat Alidzhanovich Ibragimov is 39 years old and he holds key positions at Eurasian Resources Group S.a.r.l, as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the group. He heads the Supervisory Board of Eurasian Group LLP and participates in the Board of Directors of Eurasian Financial Company JSC, and also heads the Board of Directors of Eurasia Insurance Company JSC. He is a member of the Council of Foreign Investors under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He is the President of the International Asian Film Festival (the USA).
