The Junior Golf Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan, one of the key events in the national sports calendar for young golfers, took place in Almaty. The general sponsor of the tournament is Eurasian Private Banking of Eurasian Bank.

71 young athletes from different regions of the country, representing sports schools, academies and golf clubs, took part in the competition. The tournament has become an important platform for the exchange of experience, the development of gaming skills and the identification of promising players who will be able to represent Kazakhstan in the international arena in the future.

The Tournament Format and Features

The tournament was held according to the international Gross (Stroke Play) format in five age categories: from 9 to 18 years old.

According to the results of the tournament, the winners and prize-winners in each age group were determined. The best players will get a chance to participate in international junior competitions.

A New Impetus to Junior Sports

The last championship was an important step in the development of junior golf in Kazakhstan. Such initiatives contribute to the popularization of sports among young people, the formation of a strong sports community and the strengthening of international relations.
