Eurasian Bank Switched to a New Electronic Queue System

Here’s another new service for our customers!

 

Now, when visiting the Outlet, customers need to scan a barcode from their ID card to get a coupon.

 

This will allow the Manager, when calling the customer from the queue, to immediately understand what service the customer needs and what other services of Eurasian Bank may be useful to him.

 

Using a new way of identifying customers in line, the Bank will analyze how to make its services even better, more convenient and more efficient for Kazakhstanis.

 

Since February 2020, barcode identification has already been working in Almaty Branch. In other Branches, the function will be implemented during the current month.
