Eurasian Bank Has a New Chairman of Management Board

The Board of Directors of Eurasian Bank JSC (the Bank) has early terminated the powers of Valentin Morozov as Chairman of the Management Board.

At the suggestion of the shareholders he will join the Board of Directors.

Lyazzat Satieva was elected Acting Chairperson of the Management Board of the Bank from September 13, 2022. Until now she held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, supervising corporate banking and SME support.
