        Mortgage Repayment

        Purpose

        Purchase of new housing, commissioned by the developer (customer, construction investor).

        Maximum property value

        • 30,000,000 KZT for Astana, Almaty (and their suburban areas within the borders established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan), Aktau, Atyrau, Shymkent
        • 25,000,000 KZT – for Karaganda
        • 0,000,000 KZT – for other regions

        Loan amount

        • 150,000 to 24,000,000 KZT for Astana, Almaty (and their suburban areas within the borders established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan), Aktau, Atyrau, Shymkent
        • 150,000 to 20,000,000 KZT – for Karaganda
        • 150,000 to 16,000,000 KZT – for other regions

        Loan term

        Up to 25 years

        7.00% per annum (effective annual rate from 7.22 to 7.33%)*

        Initial down payment

        20% of the collateral value. Borrowers may choose to pay a higher initial down payment if desired.

        The Bank provides loans to customers – employees of companies, participating in the Bank’s payroll projects; other company employees – holders of payroll cards, or upon provision of a document confirming transfer of payroll by the employer to the customer account with the Bank, as well as to other customers within the internal requirements of the Bank.

        The client selects a property
        and contacts Eurasian Bank
        The bank reviews the borrower
        and approves the loan
        The client signs the purchase agreement
        and makes the down payment to the developer
        The bank disburses the loan
        directly to the developer
        The client moves into the new home
