Used Car Loan

For the purchase of used passenger cars without commission, interest rates range from 23.00% to 30.00% per annum (APRC – from 25.6% to 35.00% per annum).

The purchased vehicle

When taking out a car loan, the vehicle’s year of manufacture and country of origin must be considered:

• For cars produced in the CIS – no more than 7 years old;
• For cars produced in China – no more than 5 years old;
• For cars from other countries – up to 20 years old, depending on the country of manufacture.
