*State social benefits, special state allowances, pension supplements for citizens affected by nuclear tests at the Semipalatinsk Nuclear Test Site, state special benefits, funeral allowances, one-time payments financed from the state budget, defined as the difference between the total mandatory pension contributions actually paid (adjusted for inflation) and the amount of pension savings held in the funded pension fund at the time the recipient becomes entitled to pension benefits, as well as other payments (hereinafter collectively referred to as “pensions and benefits”), including deductions from pensions and benefits.
