Please note that permission from the bank is required for third parties to drive a pledged vehicle. The bank is the pledgeholder.
To obtain a certificate for adding third parties to the CASCO insurance agreement:
1. Visit your local Eurasian Bank branch with your ID and vehicle registration certificate. Third parties must also be present with their original IDs.
2. Fill out the application form and submit it to the bank employee.
3. Receive a certificate granting permission for third parties to drive your vehicle, intended for administrative police and the insurance company. These documents are provided free of charge by the bank.
If this certificate is not obtained, insurance compensation will be denied in case of an insurance event.

Now, you need to remove the lien on your movable property at the administrative police authorities.
To remove the lien:
1. Visit the branch of Eurasian Bank in your city.
Don’t forget to bring the originals of your ID card and the vehicle registration certificate (technical passport).
2. Fill out the application form and submit it to a bank employee.
3. Obtain a letter for the administrative police authorities confirming the lien removal and the original certificate of state registration of the pledged movable property (if required in your region). These documents are provided free of charge by the bank.
4. Submit the received documents to the police authorities. Don’t forget to bring the originals of your ID card and technical passport.
