Special Terms

For current accounts opened in UAE dirhams (AED):

• Only cashless (non-cash) transactions are permitted.
• Cash deposits to or withdrawals from the account at bank branches are not available.
• Upon closure of the current account, either at the client’s request or by the bank in cases of termination or refusal to perform the bank account agreement, the remaining balance shall, at the client’s instruction, be transferred to another bank account or paid to the client in cash in the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (KZT) at the exchange rate set by the Bank on the account closure date.
