Program Terms
The maximum limit per borrower: not more than 3 billion 600 million tenge, except for projects in food industry, as there is no limit on them.
Loan term: by loans issued for investment purposes – not more than 120 months;
by loans issued for working capital refinancing – not more than 60 months.
Loan intended use: investment in the manufacturing sector and the service sector;
– financing working capital of SMEs projects in the food and manufacturing industry.
Who can participate in the program:
– SMEs, that implement projects involving the production of excisable goods;
– legal entities, the founders (including participants, shareholders) of which are national management holdings, national holdings, national companies and organizations, fifty or more percent of shares (participation shares in the charter capital) of which are directly or indirectly owned by the state, national managing holding, national holding company, national company, as well as non-profit organizations.
It is prohibited to provide loans to end borrowers:
– for the purpose of participation in the charter capital of legal entities;
– reimbursement of previously incurred costs;
– acquisition of fixed assets, assets from affiliated/related companies/persons.
Nominal annual rate of return: 6% per annum
AERR – from 6.2%
Loan currency: tenge.
Credit line availability: up to one (1) year.

small and medium enterprises (SMEs) implementing their projects in the manufacturing industries, listed below.
