Base rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan +4%;

• Subsidy amount

40% of the nominal interest rate;

• Final interest rate per borrower

Not less than 12.3%;

• Final interest rate for social entrepreneurship

Not less than 11.3%;

• Subsidy term

Up to 3 years

• Counter-obligations:

For investment projects:

Increase in taxes and jobs by 10% within two financial years from the date of provision of state support measures.
