Activate your card. You have three options:

Set a PIN code for your card in the Eurasian Bank app.

Option №2

Call and follow the voice menu instructions:

Option №3

After receiving your card, scan it in the Eurasian Bank app.

Your card will be activated and added to the app.

Step 4

Activate your bonus account and a purchase for an amount of 500 KZT or more with a Eurasian Bank card

Step 6

Get your Welcome Bonus (500 points) for your first payment in Eurasian Bank or your first card purchase.

Boost your bonuses by paying for purchases

Earn up to 3% bonuses for smartphone payments (Apple Pay / Samsung Pay / Google Pay /
Garmin Pay)*:

1% for monthly purchases up to 150,000 KZT
2% for monthly purchases from 150,001 to 300,000 KZT
3% for monthly purchases over 300,001 KZT

+ Up to 30% bonuses by selecting your favorite category (30% for the “Entertainment” category, up to 2% for other categories)

+ Up to 2% additional bonuses on retail transactions if you have a deposit in the bank**

*The amount of bonuses depends on the total cashless turnover on all cards issued to the
client by Eurasian Bank in the previous billing period. Bonuses are credited only for purchases made via Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, or Garmin Pay at POS terminals and online. Payments made in the Eurasian Bank mobile app are also included, including loan repayments (monthly payments, partial early repayment, full early repayment), except for payments in the “Bookmakers”
category.

**The additional bonus applies to retail transactions if the client’s total deposits (individual) are between 1,500,000 and 5,000,000 KZT (1% bonus) or exceed 5,000,001 KZT (2% bonus) three business days before the corresponding retail transaction. Bonuses are credited only on deposits in the national currency – KZT.

You can view your card details in the mobile app under “Card Number, CVV.”

Multicurrency Card

Order of debiting funds for a multicurrency card

When you make a transaction, the amount is debited first from the account in the transaction currency. If there are not enough funds, debiting follows this order:

For transactions in tenge: KZT > USD > EUR
For transactions in US dollars: USD > KZT > EUR
For transactions in euros: EUR > KZT > USD

Cash withdrawals at ATMs (within the Eurasian Bank network and other commercial
banks) without fees:

Credit funds deposited to the account – KZT 0;
Other funds: up to KZT 500,000 per calendar month – 0% of the amount; over KZT 500,000 per calendar month – 1.5% of the amount (minimum KZT 200).

Transfer money from your card to another card via Eurasian Bank or other commercial banks without any fees:

Credit funds credited to the account – 0 KZT;
To a Eurasian Bank card – 0 KZT;
To cards of other banks up to 50,000 KZT per calendar month – 0 KZT.

Fee for cash withdrawals at Eurasian Bank branches using POS terminals up to 3,000,000 KZT (or equivalent in foreign currency) per calendar month – 0 KZT.
