
Dear customers, their managers, founders, participants, representatives and other individuals (including individual entrepreneurs) with whom the Bank has business relations.
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 21 May2013 No. 94-V “On personal data and their protection”, we inform you that Eurasian Bank JSC collects and processes personal data of its customers, their related persons, as well as other individuals, whose data is received by the Bank during conducting banking and other activities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Bank collects and processes any information about the Customer from all sources, including his/her/its personal data, photos and/or video images, including biometric personal data recorded on electronic, paper and any other medium (hereinafter referred to as personal data) for each of the following purposes as the relevant relationship between the Bank and the Customer arises:
1) to review the Customer’s application for banking and (or) other services, which can be rendered by the Bank in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) to provide the Customer with banking and (or) other services stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including: bank loan transactions, transactions on payment cards, transactions on bank and savings accounts, cash transactions, metal account transactions, accounting transactions, conversion operations, operations with guarantees, letters-of-credit and guarantees;
3) to provide information to the Kazakhstan Deposit Insurance Fund JSC;
4) for the exchange of information, including for consideration and (or) provision of responses to customer requests, complaints, suggestions, recommendations, claims, orders, etc. (and/or third parties), transfer (receipt) of correspondence (mail) to the Customer’s address for shipment (delivery)/receipt through courier services, courier service, express mail, etc.;
5) for the assignment by the Bank of the rights of claim under contracts (agreements) concluded between the Customer and the Bank, if such an assignment is stipulated by the terms of the relevant contracts (agreements) concluded between the Customer and the Bank;
6) for marketing purposes, providing (forwarding) to the Customer any information materials, including about the Bank products and (or) services, as well as other notifications by telephone, fax, other types of communication, and also via open communication channels (including SMS, e-mail, fax, etc.);
7) Additionally, to ensure the security of your data and funds, the Smartbank (Eurasian Bank JSC) mobile app collects/transmits/synchronizes/stores the following data:
8) for other purposes that are established (may be established) by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
