Composition of Shareholders in Eurasian Financial Company Changed

Almaty, 21 July 2021

The composition of shareholders has changed in Eurasian Financial Company JSC, which includes Eurasian Bank JSC, Eurasian Insurance Company JSC and Eurasian Capital JSC.

Since 15 July 2021, the shareholders of the Company are Mukadaskhan Ibragimova, Patokh Shodiev, and Aleksandr Mashkevich. Each of them owns 33.3% of the shares.

The Eurasian Financial Company JSC has sent an updated list of shareholders to the Central Securities Depository JSC.
