How to receive the service for VISA Infinite cardholders

• Register or be registered in the VisaConcierge chatbot
• Select the Visa Travel option in the main menu of the chatbot, then choose the Fast Track International option.
• Select the country and airport.
• Press the "Get Voucher" button.
• Select one of the offered flight types: Departure, International Departure, or International Arrival.
• Provide the necessary data to receive a PDF file with a QR code for Fast Track access.

How to get the service for Mastercard World Elite cardholders:

• Register or be registered in the MastercardTravel Experiences app.
• Select the country and airport.
• The client books tickets in advance on the Mastercard Travel Experiences website or app.
• Uses their free passes to the Fast Track zone or pays with a Mastercard.
• Receive your electronic ticket via email or in the app and present it at the entrance to the Fast Track area at the airport.
