How to spend bonuses?

In Smartbank, you need to set an order to write off bonuses, the order is valid for 1 transaction, or at making a payment in Smartbank, select Use bonuses for payment.

Bonuses are not accrued at conducting non-cash transactions in the network of stores of Velta LLP, Aliexpress, increased bonuses are not accrued when conducting non-cash transactions on credit cards, Auto Card and Eco-card of the Bank.
From 1 November 2023, bonus accrual for purchases on the following credit cards are cancelled: PayDa Instalment Credit Card, Instalment Credit Card, Eurasia Credit Card, Eurasia Credit Card (Moto GP).
From 26 March 2024, the accrual of bonuses when making purchases using Eco-Card and Social Card is disabled.
Bonuses in the EU countries (list of EU countries) will be credited only for purchases made on the Internet (E-com).
Accrual/spending of bonuses is not allowed in cases where the Client cancels the relevant instruction or suspends its execution, and when conducting the following transactions:
- Retail operations at the expense of Bonuses (bonus spend);
- receiving cash (including through an ATM or cash point);
- crediting money to a current account using a payment card;
- return to the current account using a payment card of money previously written off as payment for goods/services;
- purchase of traveler’s checks, analogues of money (crypto currency, electronic currency, etc.);
- purchase of foreign currency and payment of fees related to purchase of foreign currency;
- payment for bets and wagers, lottery tickets, rights to participate in prize draws or other incentives;
- money transfer;
- payment of debt to second-tier banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the relevant agreement;
- if there are restrictions/seizures on the client’s accounts, imposed on the basis of current legislation, including, but not limited to: authorized bodies, second-tier banks, bailiffs;
