PURPOSE
Purchase of new passenger/commercial cars and special vehicles in auto dealerships.
MAXIMAL AMOUNT
Up to 50 mln tenge for purchase of passenger cars.
Up to 50 mln tenge for purchase of special vehicles/buses/minibuses and trucks.
Under the first direction of the Business Road Map 2025 Business Support and Development State Program — up to 20 million tenge for the purchase of passenger vehicles/trucks, and special vehicles/buses/minibuses.
TERM
Up to 36 months for vehicles manufactured in the CIS or China.
Up to 60 months for foreign vehicles.
Under the first direction of the Business Road Map 2025 Business Support and Development State Program — up to 36 months for all types of cars.
RATE
1. Damu Ondiris — 6% (AERR from 6.2%), forbidden to credit passenger cars.
2. Damu Regions — 14% (AERR from 14.9%) with subsidizing:
— 8.4% — entrepreneur, 5.6% — the state;
— 7% — the state, 7% — entrepreneur (mono cities).
3. Own funds — 27% (AERR from 31.08%).
4. Yenbek Mass Entrepreneurship — 6% (AERR from 6.2%).
5. Under the first direction of the Business Road Map 2025 Business Support and Development State Program — 23.75% (Refinancing rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan + 7%) (AERR from 26.9%) with subsidizing:
— 8% — entrepreneur, 15.75% — state.
6. No income confirmation – 27% (AERR from 31.08%).
7. Under the second direction of the Business Roadmap 2025 Business Support and Development State Program — 21,75% (refinancing rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan + 7%) (AERR from 24.4%) with subsidizing:
— 8% — entrepreneur, 13,75% — the state.
DOWNPAYMENT
– 30% from the cost of a vehicle manufactured in the CIS or China.
– 20% from the cost of a foreign vehicle.
– Partial replacement of the downpayment by the Damu Fund guarantee (at that the customer’s own participation is not less than 20%).
– Under the first direction of the Business Road Map 2025 Business Support and Development State Program — not required (if the amount of the Damu guarantee is less than 85%, it is required that the amount of the downpayment and guarantee covers the borrower’s obligations at 85% of the loan amount).
SECURITY
1. Purchased vehicles.
2. Deposit or money pledge in the amount of the first two payment on the loan.
3. Founders’ personal guarantee.
4. Under the first direction of the Business Road Map 2025 Business Support and Development State Program — Damu guarantee (at that the maximum guarantee amount — 85% of a bank loan).
TERMS
The term of the campaign is at least 12 months without interruption.
