The Client’s Bank corporate remote banking system

The new System is a complex of payment and information services that meets all modern requirements, which will provide you with more efficient and convenient interaction with the Bank.

The Client’s Bank RBS allows you to:

  • any time and anywhere control your accounts and transactions on the Bank website
  • submit payment documents (with the first and second signatures), regardless of authorized persons’ location
  • submit payment documents by authorized persons, independently of each other, but at the same time have a possibility of viewing all payment documents
  • receive balance and cash movement account statements for any time period (opening and closing balance, transactions in a day, statements of transactions)
  • receive latest information on cash movement on accounts of subsidiaries and branches in different regions
  • draft and submit to the Bank payment orders for internal and external transfers in tenge and foreign currency
  • make international transfers
  • credit payroll and other payments to employees’ card and personal accounts at the Bank
  • make pension and social payments
  • make tax payments
  • control deposit account, add or withdraw cash from deposits (if provided by the deposit terms)
  • monitor changes on credit accounts at the Bank
  • view exchange rates and other financial information
  • conduct a cashless purchase/sale of foreign currency
  • send and receive freeform documents with enclosure
  • obtain online account balance
  • get online payments

You no longer have to visit the Bank to get an account statement or bring payment orders.

Advantages of Client’s Bank remote banking system:

  • friendly interface, full interaction in terms of importing documents and exporting statements into the 1C accounting system
  • system modules work in any version of the Windows operating system, starting from Windows 98 and later
  • quick change of payment status allows you to instantly view the current status of a payment document
  • software independence from operating system

How to connect to the System?

In order to connect to the services of the System, you need to:

1.6.1. Connecting to the system:​

1.6.1.1. using  E-Token PRO 72 K (Java) with recording EDS** (for one user);

1.6.1.2. using Оtp-device*** (for one user)

1.6.2. Replacement of E-Token PRO device and/or Оtp-device*** in cases of production defect / expiration of service life (of a device / battery) / breakdown (without visible physical impact)

1.6.3. Replacement of E-Token PRO device and/or Оtp-device*** in cases of breakdown (with visible physical impact) due to the Customer’s fault

7, 000 tenge*

1.6.4. Monthly system maintenance

1, 500 tenge*

1.6.5. Additional system-support services:

1.6.5.1. Consulting on remote banking services (with the Bank employee’s visit)

5, 000 tenge*

1.6.5.2. Blocking/unblocking customer’s access to the system (regardless of reason)

No fee

Notes to p.1.6.:

* VAT is imposed.

** EDS – electronic digital signature. Payment is made at the customer’s expense. The EDS value is specified on the Certification Authority’s website or in an agreement between the customer and the Certification Authority (EDS is valid for 1 year).

*** Otp-device (one time password) is a device generating one-time passwords for dynamic identification.
