Limits on Bank cards transactions
Eurasian Bank has placed limits and restrictions on card use to prevent fraud.
- the holder can independently remove restrictions through the mobile application
- if there is a one-time need to make a transaction for an amount that exceeds the established standard limit, you must call the Customer Support Center at +7 (727) 3305-305 (in Almaty), +7 771 000 7722; +7 700 000 7722; +7 702 010 7722 (mobile phone numbers);
- contact the Bank Branch to submit an application for changing the restrictions on a payment card.

Cash withdrawals at ATMs\cash desks\money transfers at the expense of the Credit limit of 50,000 tenge per day.
Additional information on limits and restrictions:
- A card holder can set limits on an additional card holder’s card use.
- A parent or guardian can set or cancel limits on a Card for Children.
- The limits that Eurasian Bank sets for purchases of goods and services run for 24 hours from the time of the first purchase.
- A customer can request a temporary or permanent change in a limit. A temporary increase or decrease is good for three days. A customer can obtain it by calling Eurasian Bank’s Contact Center at +7 771 000 7722, +7 700 000 7722, +7 702 010 7722. The call is free when made with a mobile phone anywhere in Kazakhstan. A customer who wants a permanent change in a limit must see a bank-branch manager.
- Eurasian Bank can set limits on the amount of cash a customer can obtain with a bank card and the amount of purchases he or she can make.
- A card holder is prohibited from using a card for illegal purposes, such as money laundering and purchasing goods and services that Kazakhstan law prohibits.
Limits on cash withdrawal transactions in other second-tier banks
Important: Card holders need to be aware that if they lift a cash-withdrawal or goods-and-services purchase limit, and fraud occurs, Eurasian Bank will not cover the loss.
