The following standard conditions apply when issuing a SmartCard:
1. Purchases in the Bank’s partner network are made in installments
for a period of 6 months with no interest and overpayments
2. Purchases outside the network of the Bank’s partners
are made automatically on credit
with a grace period of up to 50 calendar days
3. Cash receipt and transfer transactions are performed in
loan without grace period
4. Get an increased bonus for each purchase – up to 7% in the first 3 months
after the card is issued

How to repay SmartCard debt?
Mandatory monthly payment (every month until the 20th):
1. Find out the amount of debt and repayment terms in SMARTBANK
2. Top up the card in a convenient way until the 20th (inclusive) before 8:00 p.m. Almaty time
3. If the monthly payment arrears are not paid, your card will be blocked for use until the overdue debt is repaid
