Program Terms
Intended use of funds:
– refinancing of existing loans not participating in the entrepreneurs’ financial support (Business Roadmap 2020 Program, Damu Ondiris Program, Recovery Program of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and KazAgro NMH);
– acquisition of new, creation and modernization of fixed assets.
The maximum limit per borrower: not more than 3 billion 600 million tenge, except for projects in food industry, as there is no limit on them.
Loan term: for loans issued for acquisition, creation and modernization of fixed assets, refinancing of existing loans previously aimed at acquisition, creation and modernization of fixed assets — not more than 120 months.
Nominal annual rate of return: 6% per annum
AERR – from 6.2%
Loan term: up to 120 months.
Additional terms: SMEs, that implement projects involving the production of excisable goods founded by national management holdings, national holdings, national companies and organizations, fifty and more percent of shares (participation shares in the charter capital) of which directly or indirectly belong to the state, national managing holding, national holding, national companies and legal entities, the ownership of which is registered as a private institution
Grace period: for interest repayment — up to 18 months.
Who can participate in the program:
small and medium enterprises (SME), implementing their projects in the manufacturing sector, specified below.
