1.Unemployed (regardless of registration at employment centers);
2.Self-employed and unproductively employed;
3.Novice entrepreneur;
4.The current entrepreneur;
5.Agricultural cooperatives and their members;
6.Peasant and farm enterprises, including participants in anchor cooperation;
7.Youth of the Neet category;
8.A member of a low-income and / or large family;
9.A disabled person.
