To individuals:
- Cashless conversion
– In Smartbank Internet banking
In Internet Banking, Customers can exchange currency without leaving home. Go to the Conversions tab in Internet banking and select the necessary actions.
Additionally, for holders of more than 10 thousand US Dollars or equivalent in other currency it is possible to exchange currency at better rates, for this in the Currency exchange tab there are the functions:
“get an individual exchange rate” – an individual exchange rate is provided, which favorably differs from the standard rate. The rate is calculated in real time, taking into account the current situation in the foreign exchange market.
This service is available from 10 a.m. to 05 p.m. Astana time on weekdays.
“convert currency on the next business day”- the rate will be improved by 5* tiyn from the current exchange rate in Smartbank, while 2%* of the convertible amount will be blocked on your account and conversion will take place on the next business day.
“convert currency on the second business day”– the rate will be improved by 10* tiyn from the current exchange rate in Smartbank, while 2%* of the convertible amount will be blocked on your account and conversion will take place on the next business day.
* The Bank reserves the right to change these indicators unilaterally.
– At Bank Outlets
The customer can change currency in a cashless manner if the customer has accounts in two or more currencies. Please contact your Bank Manager for details.
- Cash conversion
The Bank provides currency conversion services at the exchange offices of Outlets and Branches of the Bank. If the customer wishes to convert more than 10 thousand US Dollars or the equivalent in another currency, the customer may request a special rate at the Bank Outlet.
To corporates:
- Conversion with opening an account with Eurasian Bank
The Bank provides individual rates for the Legal Entities, willing to converse more than thousand US Dollars or the equivalent in another currency. Please contact your Bank Manager for details.
- Conversion without opening an account
The Bank provides individual rates for the Legal Entities, willing to converse more than thousand US Dollars or the equivalent in another currency. For this service, the Legal Entity is required to have General Agreement or SPOT Agreement with the Treasury Transactions and ALM Block.
