You can receive the social payment at Eurasian Bank without visiting the Outlet – completely remotely, which is especially important during the emergency state due to coronavirus. All you need is to know IBAN and fill out an application at 42500.enbek.kz.

To apply for payment, please go to 42500.enbek.kz and fill out the application.
IBAN is the account number. There are two ways to find out your IBAN:
a) open the Smartbank app, then the Transfers section, under your card or account name of you will see a 20-digit account number starting with KZ — this is IBAN;
b) from the Outlet Manager.
Order a card at eubank.kz:
- a) go to eubank.kz and on the main page click “Select a card” under the banners;
- b) select a Mastercard Gold or Visa Gold card and click “Order a card”;
- c) enter the IIN and mobile phone number;
d) select a city from the drop-down list.
If your city is not in the list, please contact the Bank Outlet. The Bank will deliver you a card for free. After you submit your application for issuing a card, the Bank will send you a 20-digit card account via SMS within 3 days. Attention! Due to the emergency state, the card delivery time may increase. Please treat with understanding.
