To support the Kazakhstani people in the difficult situation, the Bank provides the residents of the town of Arys, who are the customers of the Bank and obtained loans from the Bank, with a delay of payments of up to three months.
Deferral is granted for all types of loans opened in Eurasian Bank.
To obtain a deferment, customers are required to contact any outlet of the Bank until 31 August 2019.
Additionally, on 28 June 2019, on Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the building of the Branch in the city of Shymkent (Abay District, Temirlan Highway, 1 V), the Bank accepts customer applications for deferment of payments.

If you are officially registered at your place of residence in Arys and obtained your loan within the town, please contact the Eurasian Bank outlet before 31 August 2019.
In this case, please contact the bank with your ID and address certificate from the TsON (Public Service Center) until 31 August 2019. We understand that because of the emergency, there might be difficulties with issuing documents, so we hope that the deadline until 31 August is sufficient foe re-issuance of documents.
