Forgot a login or password to Smartbank? Never mind!
Now it is possible to recover your login and password in Smartbank!
1. Open the Smartbank application and select “Forgot your login or password?”.
2. Enter your IIN.
3. Fill in the required fields (payment card number, current/savings account or loan agreement number) and click “Confirm”.
4. Enter a code from a SMS-message.
Done! An SMS with login and temporary password to Smartbank has been sent to the mobile phone number provided at registration. The temporary password is valid for 3 days. When you first sign in to the application, you will need to change the password.
In the near future, users of smartbank.kz web-version will also have the option to reset their login and password to Smartbank.
