Instruction: how to make a transfer in Smartbank by phone number
We tell you how to send money by phone number to Eurasian Bank customers.
Now transfers are also between CenterCredit and Altyn Bank.
Instruction for iOS
1. Open the Smartbank app and log in using your fingerprint or passcode. On the main page, in the “Instant transfers” section, enter the phone number manually or select from the contact list. Enter the number without 8 or +7.
2. Press “Transfer”.
3. If you wish, fill in the “Message” field, select the account from which you wish to transfer, and specify the amount of transfer.
4. Confirm the transaction by clicking “Transfer”.
Instruction for Android
1. Open the Smartbank app and log in using your fingerprint or passcode. On the main page, in the “Instant transfers” section, enter the phone number manually or select from the contact list. Enter the number without 8 or +7.
2. Click on the arrow icon.
3. If you wish, fill in the “Message” field, select the account from which you wish to transfer, and specify the amount of transfer.
4. Confirm the transaction by clicking “Transfer”.
