Dear Bank of Astana Depositors!
Please be informed on the changes in the working hours of the payment centers for servicing the Bank of Astana depositors from 4 February 2019:
Weekdays: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., no lunch break;
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., no lunch break;
Sunday — day-off.
From 18 February 2019, the payment centers stop working due to decreased flow of the Bank of Astana customers and reduced load on the outlets.
Servicing the Bank of Astana depositors will continue until 26 July 2019
in all the Eurasian Bank outlets on a first-come, first-served basis
within the working hours of the outlets.
