All you need to do is log in to SMARTBANK and fill out a simple application form.
Minimum deposit: 1,000 rubles.
Maximum deposit: Unlimited.
Terms: 6, 12, 18 or 24 months, with automatic renewal.
Nominal interest rate: 3%
Effective interest rate:  3.1% for six months, 3% for 12, 18 or 24 months.
You can make additional contributions and partial withdrawals using SMARTBANK or by going to a Eurasian Bank outlet.

You can use SMARTBANK with accounts in a variety of currencies, including tenge, dollars, euros, pounds, Swiss francs, Chinese yuan and Kyrgyz som. This includes conversions in those currencies.
