On 17 July 2019, the changed commission fees for issuing cash from savings and current accounts at end-to-end service come into effect
End-to-end service – replenishment or withdrawal of funds from current / savings accounts in the Eurasian Bank Branch network. A customer, opening a bank account with one of the Bank Branches, can replenish the account or withdraw funds from the account in another Bank Branch.
Now the commission fee for issuing cash from savings and current accounts in another Branch / Outlet, including funds received from another Branch / Outlet and through the information and payment terminal of another Branch / Outlet (except for the Branch operations in Almaty and its regions: Talgar, Kaskelen, Yesik, Otegen Batyr, Uzynagash) in national and foreign currency is 0 tenge.
The service of withdrawal and replenishment of the account in another Branch / Outlet is available until 6:00 p.m. Nur-Sultan time except for weekends.
