What do you need to order a covered guarantee remotely?
1. A current bank account without any arrests or encumbrances.
2. Coverage and fee amounts on the current account.

If all the conditions are met, complete the required documents in the Client’s Bank remote servicing system and just keep waiting.

How soon is a guarantee issued?
A guarantee is issued in 2 hours.

How and where to get a guarantee?

An electronic guarantee shall appear in your account on the electronic procurement portal.

A hard copy guarantee can be obtained at a Bank Outlet.

What are the fees?

1. Bid guarantees — 0.3% of the guarantee amount, minimum — 5,000 tenge, maximum — upon agreement of the parties.

2. Other types of guarantees — 2.5% per annum, minimum — 5,000 tenge.
