To register a loan in Smartbank the following is required:
- IIN.
- Loan agreement number.
- Mobile phone number provided at registration.
- Download the Smartbank application.
- Start the application: on the main screen, click the Login / Register button, then “Login by login and password” and “Registration”.
- Select “Loan”.
- Fill in the required fields (IIN, loan agreement number, mobile phone number).
- Done! You will receive an SMS with login and temporary password. When you first sign in to the application, you will need to change the password.
