In order to strengthen the security of your financial funds, only the updated version of the Eurasian Bank’s Smartbank mobile app is available for use from 11 March 2024. All previous versions will be disabled and unavailable.

The current Smartbank version is available on Google Play and App Store.

Advantages of the current Smartbank version:

1. Photo verification when logging in/registering in the app, which guarantees access to the personal data of only the customer himself – the owner and user of the Bank products;

2. New services:

• full early and partial loan repayment;
• keeping cards of other banks for replenishments and transfers;
• transfer receipts and transfer history (payment receipt is available in March 2024);
• possibility of returning the transfer received by the recipient by phone number within the Bank.

The certificate order and extended statement are not yet available in Smartbank, but the team is working on their early launch.

Quick installation instructions for Smartbank:

1. Download the current version on Google Play/App Store or use the QR code below;

2. If the Smartbank app is already installed, just click the «Обновить» or Update button on Google Play or App Store. If there is no button, it means that you have the latest version installed;

3. When registering, enter your mobile phone number and complete the photo verification.

Important! The phone number must match the one you provided in the Bank when registering in the app.
