From 31 July 2019, loan repayment at a cash desk in case of payment terminal failure is free
Now, in case of large-scale technical failures at loan repayment through self-service terminals, recount of cash at Eurasian Bank cash desks is free.
In other cases, the fee for loan repayment at the Bank cash desks is 350 tenge.
The fee shall come into effect after the Bank confirms a large-scale technical failure, and shall be valid until the issue is solved.
