In order to improve the quality of service, we inform you of replacement from 16 August 2018 of SMS messages on transactions made in Smartbank by push notifications.
Push notifications are mobile and convenient way to get information on smartphone screen.
You will receive push notifications for all types of transactions in Smartbank, except those for which you have previously canceled obligatory SMS-code entry. In this case, in the mobile application the authorization code will be substituted automatically from the push notification.
Attention! When you make transfers on the website (smartbank.kz) and there is no Internet connection on the smartphone, to get the authorization code, you must select “I have not received the code.”
Do not forget to download or update the Smartbank application to start using the new service: smartbank.kz/app.
