Downpayment for Buying Used Cars Reduced
From 9 March 2023, the minimum downpayment for the purchase of cars from individuals is reduced from 20% to 10%. Now it is even more affordable to buy a car on the secondary market:
- Loan amount: up to 15, 000, 000 tenge.
- Loan term: up to 84 months.
- Interest rate: 33% per annum (AERR – from 38.5% per annum).
- Vehicle life: up to 20 years (depending on the country of manufacturer).
