From June 23 to 25 June, 2025, when making payments through remote channels and in the Eurasian Bank Outlets there were technical failures in the processing of transactions. In a number of cases, we had to return payments for reissuance, which, of course, created additional inconvenience for you.

The causes for the failures were eliminated, and at the moment the work of all systems is fully restored.
Definitly, for customers whose payments during this period were delayed, we will reimburse all fees for payments in tenge, as well as cancel the service fee for current account and remote banking for July 2025.
