The following services are temporarily unavailable in Eurasian Bank due to the transition to the ISO 20022 international data exchange standard from 5:00 p.m. on 10 January 2025:

• Transfers by account number to other banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan through Smartbank (transactions by card number are in the standard mode).
• Payments in Smartbank affecting the transfer of funds from accounts of Eurasian Bank to accounts of other STBs.
• Payments to Otbasy Bank, as well as payments for services in the Education and Charity categories.

From 13 January2025 the Bank resumes normal operations.

Also, from 5:00 p.m. on 10 January 2025, the possibility of making transfers by account number to other banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan for non-resident recipients (both individuals and legal entities) through Smartbank is disabled. These operations are available only at the Bank Outlets starting from 13 January 2025.
