We inform you that according to subparagraph 11) of paragraph 1 of Article 644 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget” (The Tax Code) from 1 January 2018, individuals – non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan are subject to withholding tax from accrued interest on savings accounts opened with Eurasian Bank JSC.
