In accordance with Article 630 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the deadline for submitting a declaration of assets and liabilities (Form No. 250) for managers, founders (participants) of legal entities and their spouses, individual entrepreneurs and their spouses is coming this year.
The declaration shall be submitted for the reporting tax period – 2024 – at the place of residence (stay) of the individual in time – not later than 15 September 2024.
