Due to the coronavirus–related quarantine, Eurasian Bank updated the working hours of the Branches and Outlets in Kazakhstan and switched to the 10:00 a. m. – 5 p. m. schedule.

The Bank, as always, provides remote access to most banking services, including opening accounts, issuing cards, managing accounts and paying off loans.

To view the list of the working Outlets and their working hours, select your city and open the Outlets and Terminals tab in the top menu of the website.

The Bank has taken the required security measures for visiting Outlets, but the best solution in the face of the coronavirus threat is to stay at home and use remote service channels: Smartbank, terminals and ATMs, the number of which, taking into account the partner network of devices of other banks, is more than 10,000 devices.

If you still plan to visit a Bank Outlet, make sure to check its working hours on the website before leaving. Attention! Due to the fact that the working hours frequently change, resources such as 2Gis, Google maps, and others that have the Bank’s working hours, do not have time to update it. Therefore, the only reliable source of information about how Eurasian Bank operates is eubank.kz.
