Starting from 3 July 2021, Eurasian Bank starts paying guarantee compensation to Capital Bank customers under the new rules. Payments are made within a year, after 3 July 2022, the amounts unclaimed by depositors are transferred to their individual pension accounts in Unified Saving Pension Fund as voluntary pension contributions.

The payment of the guarantee compensation to Capital Bank customers are carried out on a first-come, first-served basis according to the opening hours of the outlets. Please plan your visit to the outlet taking into account this information.

Depending on the epidemiological situation in each individual locality, customer service hours may be changed.

Payouts can be received:

1. To a Eurasian Bank card. You can order a card with free delivery online here.
2. To a deposit or bank account.
3. By transfer in an outlet or branch to an account with any other bank.
4. In cash at the cash desks of outlets.
